The Oakland Raiders are drafting near the top of the draft yet again.  Ever since their Super Bowl loss to the Bucs in 2000 (with Marc Trestman as the offensive coordinator), they’ve struggled to get the right impact players to bring them back to prominence.  To help put their house back in order, they have former Packers director of player personnel Reggie McKenzie.  The Packers have built a consistent winner through the draft, so he could be the one to finally find an impact player with the #3 selection.
