The start of the 2013 NFL Draft certainly could have been considered the best reality show of the year. A lot of questions starting from the No. 1 pick surrounded this years draft. With the 20th pick in the draft, the Chicago Bears selected Oregon offensive lineman Kyle Long. Instead of giving you a bunch of tweets with obscenities, here are some tweets mixed from respected Chicago voices and more.
#Bears fans in NYC on TV look perplexed

Bears have major voids on D but Trestman clearly making seismic shift from Lovie's regime by taking OL to bolster Cutler's protection.

A gang full of champions out there and the Bears don't select the best available player

Baffling that #Bears used a 1st round pick on a project who started only 5 games at Oregon. Can't wait to hear Emery explain this one

Maybe Kyle Long can play. I hope he can, but I have the same feeling as I have after a Bears televised nat'l embarrassment.

Long is really a terrific athlete, and incredibly versatile. Obviously, pedigree is there. Emery obviously has great courage in convictions.

Love it!!!!

Kyle Long pick baffles me. It's like choosing the Hooters bartender girl when there's still 5 finalists to the Ms.USA contest available

The #Bears pick is better than a specific alternative, but still weird -- in that Emery/Trestman-ish way that just seems a little odd.

Feeling underwhelmed with the @ChicagoBears 1st RD pick. Huge reach with Kyle Long. Back to back years a project player with the 1st...
— Kyle Clay (@kyleclay) April 26, 2013
Bears just drafted a raw, inexperienced interior offensive lineman that's battled substance abuse in the first round.

Draft thoughts from the sea: Kyle Long to Bears re-emphasizes this season is all on Cutler. Has a lot of talent around him. Time toproduce

Not surprisingly, I saw plenty of tweets along this lines….”WTF. Who is Kyle Long?” On that note, I will say look him up before you send a moronic tweet. If you knew the players and prospects, you knew Kyle Long, who had a standout combine performance. Do I love the pick of Long at 20? No. But I certainly don’t hate it. I know that Tyler Eifert had serious talent, but I couldn’t wrap by head around acquiring three tight ends in the offseason when we have so many other needs. Bears fans shouldn’t complain about getting an offensive lineman, it’s what we need right? Yes, there is some questions about off-the-field issues, but that DUI and arrest happened BEFORE Oregon. I’m going to hold my judgments until the season. But, I really want him to lose that earring.
Bears fans, what do you guys think?
