#73- 2012 -Matt Bryant Pk- Atlanta Falcons

Bryant kicks for a good team that plays indoors which makes for one of the 10 to 12 kickers that should be starting on Sundays in fantasy leagues. My biggest memory of Bryant is missing a short field goal in 2005 when he kicked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a game that Kyle Orton and the Bears escaped with a win.  It was a very hot day but worth it when we left Raymond James Stadium with a win.

Retro-#73-2002 Rod Smith-WR-Denver Broncos Smith is one of the best undrafted wide receivers in NFL history and he had the pleasure of having John Elway throw passes to him.  In 2002 he caught 89 balls for 1,027 and 5 TD’s while collecting 170 fantasy points.  Smith was a deep ball threat and caught some bid Td’s. He was a great pickup early in his career and always seemed to be in a lot of offseason trades in our dynasty league year after year.

Look ahead #73

ESPN-Torrey Smith Wr Baltimore Raven- The big guys are real close on the Smith evaluation.  Smith could be great or a bust without Bolden lining up on the other side of the field. He will be good for some deep ball touchdowns but since the last thing people saw of him was the playoffs he will go higher than he should go.

CBS– Danny Amendola- WR- New England Patriots-  This is probably way too low after the crazy news that happened in Massachusetts on Wednesday.  Amendola should fit perfectly into the Patriots offense in the Wes Welker spot.  He was great in St Louis so now he gets a greater QB and Offensive coach so expect big things.
