Bleacher Report’s Madden 25 Simulation Predicts Bears as NFL’s Worst Team
For all of the preseason hype of a new offensive scheme and an influx of young talent to the Chicago Bears, Madden 25 isn’t buying it. At least the 2013 NFL Season simulation that Bleacher Report ran isn’t buying it.
I received a notification on my TeamStream app with Madden 25 Simulation for the 2013 NFL season. Since I had just published the official Bear Goggles On team’s NFL and Bears predictions, I was naturally curious how Madden 25 predicted the 2013 season would play out. I should have kept my smartphone in my pocket and paid attention to the meeting I was sitting in.
The results were not good for the Beloved. At least they weren’t good if you were planning on actually watching winning football. Here are the NFC Final Standings, as churned out by B/R’s Madden 25 sim:

Yup, that’s right. They have the Bears alllll the way at the bottom of the NFC with a 2-14 record. To make matters worse, the worst AFC team according to this simulation is the 3-13 Jacksonville Jaguars.
Doesn’t Madden 25 know that the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings reside in our division? Don’t they realize that Marc Trestman is going to revamp the offense and the defense will actually be better without Urlacher and his bad wheels slowing them down?
If this result is anywhere close to accurate, you had better believe that Jay Cutler will be gone and the biggest question for Phil Emery will be whether to take Jadeveon Clowney or Teddy Bridgewater with the first pick in the NFL draft.
