I want to say the Bears will win but I just don’t see it. The fact is the Packers are banged up to but they still have Aaron Rodgers. I do think the game will be competitive and I actually think Josh McCown can keep drives alive by making the safe decision. Jay Cutler, on the other hand has a tendency to push the ball down the field which often leads to shorter drives. If McCown and protect the ball and Matt Forte plays a big role, then the Bears will keep this close.

It will be a moral victory if the Bears aren’t embarrassed Monday night. The Bears D could barely stop anyone when they had Briggs, so how are they going to do without him on the road against one of the top offenses in the league? This could be really ugly, but hopefully the Bears will win the turnover battle and maybe get a special teams touchdown to keep things reasonably close. I hope the Bears prove me wrong.

I see the Bears being surprisingly competitive in this game but in the end, the packers offense is just too much for the Bears D to handle.

Packers 37 – Bears 31

It’s hard to have a good feeling about this matchup, especially with how well Green Bay has balanced their offense this year. Consider it a “win” if the Bears keep it close for four quarters and avoid another major injury.

Green Bay 38 – Bears 23

GM Mouser (4-3)

How long before we hear the calls for a new defensive coordinator?  Halftime of  the Bear-Packer game I predict.  Cutler is out, Briggs is out, Peppers is playing poorly and McClellin is now in the news as the first Emery bust -in-the-making.  Penthouse to the outhouse in half a season…only in Beardom do we seem to have this knack for suddenly catching mediocrity.  Injuries are an unfortunate reality of this league and it appears that it is our time to suffer…don’t forget though that the D-line was playing poorly before the injury bug set in.

Green Bay 43 – Bears 17
