Borland is the rugged, hard-working linebacker that the Bears sorely need.  Luckily for them, he should be available sometime in the second round.  Borland racked up 104 tackles and four sacks last season at Wisconsin and is a fantastic field general on defense.   However, his undersized frame and lack of speed could make for a tougher transition to the pro game.  Nonetheless, Borland deserves a look based solely on character and work ethic that would fit in well on this Bears team.
