To preview the upcoming season we have reached out to our fellow Fansided sites to get the inside info on the 2014 Chicago Bears opponents. Today we tackle the 10th and 16th opponent on the Bears schedule, the Minnesota Vikings. Check out how Adam Carlson from The Viking Age answered our infamous “5 Questions”.

What did you like and/or dislike about what the Vikings did in free agency and the draft?

"I loved that Minnesota not only got a top pass rusher in the draft, but they also locked up (in my opinion) the best quarterback in the class. They did one heck of a job getting the defensive line ready for dominance. I didn’t like how the Vikings only picked up one great cornerback in free agency. Past Munnerlyn and Rhodes, the depth at that position is questionable at best."

Which rookie are you most looking forward to seeing this season?

"It has to be Teddy Bridgewater. I feel that he has a real chance to become a starter by beating out Cassel and Ponder this preseason. If for some reason Bridgewater doesn’t get named the starter, Anthony Barr will be great to watch. He will be moved around so much on defense and is freakishly athletic. I’m excited to see what he can do going forward."

What do you feel the Viking weakest link is going into Training Camp?

"I think the Vikings weakest link right now is the left guard position. I’ve never been a fan of Charlie Johnson, but wanted to see him succeed when he moved inside to guard. Sadly, he hasn’t become the player he should be and could face stiff competition in camp from rookie David Yankey."
