Bears Cuts Underway while Kevin Jones headed to IR

The Chicago Sun Times’ Brad Biggs has got Halas Hall covered like a blanket and my phone has been blowing up with Twitter updates from Biggsey all afternoon as heads roll at Halas Hall.  Here’ s the latest list of cuts:

Meanwhile, backup running back Kevin Jones is headed to the IR with a torn ligament in his left ankle.  While it means that Garrett Wolfe and Adrian Peterson are very likely to make the squad, I’ll be interested to see if the Bears scour the waiver wires for another running back.  Plenty more as the cuts roll in.
