Bears Get Out in the Community en route to Training Camp

The Bears did some last minute PR work on their way to Bourbonnais.  Check out this clip of some big name stars including Brian Urlacher, Jay Cutler, Greg Olsen and Matt Forte crashing a youth league football practice:

It’s quite a difference from a year ago when Urlacher and Cutler were embroiled in Pussygate 2009.  Seeing the expression on the kids’ faces is priceless!

OK, question #1 – why do they have to be in full uniform – including pads – to do this?

Question #2 – is it really necessary to have someone hold up a sign next to each player?  Really?

I give Briggs and Izzy credit, at least they wore their gloves.  No sense picking up any germs from the unwashed masses just before heading to camp.
