Bears Cut Charles Grant, Making Room for Trade?

What was your favorite moment of the Charles Grant era?  If you blinked, you missed it.  After cutting Mark Anderson a couple of weeks ago to bring Grant aboard, the Bears have released the former UFL defensive end.  Grant was inactive for both games since he signed with the Bears.

Brad Biggs speculates whether the move is setting up a trade with the deadline looming later today.  I doubt they will make any moves, but this team is so desperate to resolve problems on the offensive and defensive lines, you just never know.
