It looks like the Bears will be getting some wide receiver help, but in case you thought Terrell Owens or Randy Moss might be heading to Chicago to save the offense, think again.  Max Komar, an undrafted free agent tweeted that he will coming to Chicago and signing with the Bears.

As Brad Biggs points out, it’s unclear whether or not he will join the 53-man roster or the practice squad.  Signed as an undrafted free agent out of Idaho by the Cardinals in 2010, the 5′ 11″ Komar appeared in 8 games, with 12 catches for 117 yards and zero touchdowns.  He came off the Cardinals’ injured reserve list and looks to come join the Bears’ beleaguered receiving corps.

Don’t expect any big contributions as the Bears try to patch up a hole in the Titanic with bubble gum.
