Matt Forte Ranked #33 in NFL’s Top 100 of 2012

The NFL Network continued plowing through their Top 100 of 2012 and Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte hit the list at number 33.  Not bad for his first time making the list.  It makes sense coming off a Pro Bowl season.  Forte is the 7th running back on the list, with 6 others finishing ahead of him. Forte is the 4th Bear to make the list so far, joining teammates Lance Briggs, Brian Urlacher and Devin Hester.  Something tells me there might be Bear on the list in the Top 20.

I’m hoping to have a few minutes later today to devote to Forte’s ranking relative to his contract demands.  Stay tuned.
