Bears Best Packers to Capture Rivalry Cup

The 2012 season hasn’t even started yet, but the Bears are up on the Packers already.  Well, at on the golf course they are as.  On Monday, Bears and Packers past and present teed it up for their respective charities at Medinah’s No. 3 course, site of this year’s Ryder Cup.  The Bears won 10-2

Among the Bears participants were Coach Ditka, Kevin Butler, Richard Dent, James “Big Cat” Williams, Adam Podlesh, Robbie Gould, Patrick Mannelly and Robbie Gould, while the Packers were represented by Mason Crosby, Lynn Dickey, Craig Hentrich, John Kuhn and Mark Murphy.   Let’s hope this is setting the trend.  The first real matchup is on September 13th, just under 3 months away.
