Jay Cutler is quite the romantic. His baby momma, now fiance Kristin Cavallari revealed that Jay proposed via text message and sent her the ring. Maybe it was Jay’s subtle jab at the postal service cancelling Saturday deliveries? Today, KCav is seemingly backing off her story and defending her man, via Twitter of course:

What Kristin forgot to mention was that while Jay was in Cabo for the proposal, she was home in Nashville with baby Camden.
Either way, we’ve got a wedding to plan this offseason. Maybe Earl Bennett will leak some details of the big day, just like he accidentally revealed the secret gender of baby Cutler last offseason.
