Phil Emery got his man with guard Kyle Long but there are still plenty of possibilities for the Chicago Bears on Day 2 of the 2013 NFL draft, which will have Rounds 2 and 3. Here are some players to keep an eye on when the draft resumes on Day 2:
Linebackers
Arthur Brown, Kansas State
Kevin Minter, LSU
Manti Te’o, Notre Dame
Jon Bostic, Florida
Kiko Alonso, Oregon
Cornerbacks
Jamar Taylor, Boise State
Johnthan Banks, Miss State

Defensive Tackle
Johnathan Jenkins, Georgia
Kawann Short, Purdue
Jesse Williams, Alabama
Johnathan Hankins, Ohio State
Defensive End
Margus Hunt, SMU
Tank Carradine, Florida State
Domantre Moore, Texas A&M
Alex Okafor, Texas
Wide Receivers
Justin Hunter, Tennessee
Robert Woods, USC
Marquise Goodwin, Texas
Ryan Swope, Texas A&M
Offensive Line
Brian Schwenke, C, Cal
Menelik Watson, OT, Florida State
Terron Armsted, OT, Arkansas Pine Bluff
Barrett Jones, C, Alabama
Tight End
Zach Ertz, Stanford
Gavin Escobar, San Diego State
Travis Kelce, Cincinnati
Vance McDonald, Rice
The Bears still have needs on both sides of the ball. If it were me, I would make sure to grab one of those linebackers, especially if Arthur Brown is around, in Round 2. I’d love to see the Bears find a way to trade back and get a third round pick to use on a center like Barrett Jones who could sit for a season behind Garza and get healthy to step in and play in 2014. Without a 3rd rounder going into the day, they might have to hope a speed wide receiver like Swopes falls into Day 3 in the 4th round.
What do you think? If the Bears only have one pick on Day 2, which position should they target? Is there a certain player they should grab? Let’s see your suggestions for Phil Emery.
