#60 2012- Seattle Seahawks Defense The Seahawks  defense was very good all season with two shut down cornerbacks and they ended up as the #2 ranked fantasy defense. They recorded 36 sacks 18 interceptions, 13 forced fumbles and scored three times.  Their great week was in Week #14 against the Arizona Cardinals when they shut them out while collecting 3 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, 4 interceptions and 2 defensive touchdowns.  Pretty good week and if you started them in Week #14 you probably advanced in the playoffs.

#60-Retro- 2002 Philadelphia Eagles Defense This was a very good Eagles defense that recorded 57 sacks, 15 interceptions, 17 forced fumbles, and 3 touchdowns. The Eagles scored double digits 10 out of 16 weeks which is pretty impressive in any season.

Look Ahead #60

ESPN-James Jones WR Green Bay Packers- Jones going into 2012 was labeled as talented but with hands of stone.  When Greg Jennings had problems staying healthy Jones stepped in and had a great season.  So good a season they let Jennings leave in free agency and now the job is Jones to keep.  Jones hands are still a question mark to me, but he has one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL throwing him the ball so he will go pretty high in drafts this season.

CBS-Ryan Matthews RB San Diego Chargers- Matthews has been a minor disappointment while putting up decent stats each year. Matthews talent says he’s a top 10 back, but he hasn’t put that kind of season together yet.  I just traded for him in a dynasty league so I will be cheering for a career season!
