My first Mock draft has just come to a completion, I received the dreaded #1 pick of the draft, a 10 team 16 round draft, which is about the only place I didn’t want to pick but anyways here is how this draft broke down in Mock draft #1.

Round 1 Pick 1- Arian Foster RB Houston Texans

I took Foster over Peterson for the simple fact that the Houston Texans offense is better than the Minnesota Vikings offense.  I’m pretty sure you couldn’t go wrong with either player in the #1 spot.

Round 1 Biggest Surprise– Trent Richardson went Pick #10 in a run of running backs that was quite unexpected with only Calvin Johnson as the only non running back selected.

Round 1 Best Pick– You really can’t go wrong in the first round but getting Ray Rice at #4 is pretty good.

Round 2 Pick 20- Ryan Matthews RB San Diego Chargers

I really didn’t want to go running back with the first two picks, but with everyone going running backs Matthews was at the end of decent running back options.

Round 2 Surprise-Alfred Morris- Not that this is a bad pick, but he was a pick ahead of Forte, a proven fantasy running back.

Round 2 Best Pick– Matt Forte slipped all the way until Pick 13 which surprised me that he fell this far but then again I was probably the only Bears fan in the draft.
