#45-2012 Marques Colston-WR -New Orleans Saints- Colston Colston is one of the best 7th round draft picks to every play the game and has been a very good fantasy receiver since 2006.  He normally catches 80 balls for 1,100 yards and 8 touchdowns. He plays in one of the best offenses in the NFL which should be more creative with Coach Payton back at the helm.  Colston’s only problem is he can disappear  a couple weeks per season but normally he’s solid week in and week out.

Retro-#45-2002-Duce Staley-RB-Philadelphia Eagles The Duce was loose in 2002 rushing for 1,030 yards and 5 touchdowns while catching 51 balls for 543 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Duce was the man until Brian Westbrook rolled in to town.  Staley had two more good Fantasy seasons after 2002.

Looking Ahead #45

ESPN– Hakeem Nicks-WR New York Giants Nicks is a top 10 talent that can’t stay healthy enough to play 16 games a season which in part has made Victor Cruz the fantasy stud of the team. If Nicks stays healthy is a true fantasy #1, but you can’t count on him being on the field so draft wisely.

CBS– Matt Ryan-QB-Atlanta Falcons- Ryan isn’t flashy but he’s very good and has tons of receiving options in Roddy White, Julio Jones, and Tony Gonzalez.  Ryan can usually be picked up in the 3rd or 4th round for the same production as a top rated fantasy quarterback.
