#43-2012 Reggie Wayne-Indianapolis Colts- Wayne had another good year in Andrew Luck’s first season with 106 catches for 1,355 yards and 5 touchdowns.  His best game was the first game without Chuck Pagano in Week #5 against the Packers catching 13 for 212 and a touchdown. Having T.Y. Hilton breakout season helped even out the catches which makes Wayne’s 2013 prospects a question.  He should still be good, but more of #2 than a stand out #1.

Retro-#43-2002 Amani Toomer-WR New York Giants- Toomer played a long time but never was considered a fantasy star.  If you picked him up and played him for your Super Bowl in Week 16 in 2002 you had to win the championship. Toomer had his career game 10 catches 204 yards and 3 touchdowns that week.  Toomer was a bye week fill in for most of his long career.

Looking Ahead #43

ESPN-Victor Cruz- WR-New York Giants Cruz has 16 touchdowns in two seasons that is pretty impressive in the slot.  Do you think he can get 8 more this coming season?

CBS- Le’veon Bell-RB-Pittsburgh Steelers- This is the starting running back day 1 if he can pick up the blocking scheme. Pittsburgh is a passing offense now so don’t expect huge numbers from Bell even if he starts.
