#42-2012 Chicago Bears Defense- The first 10 weeks of the season were unbelievable for the Bears defense on the field and in fantasy.  They were my highest scorer 6 out of the first 9 weeks of the season.  The Bears defense cooled off the last 6 weeks of the season except for the Arizona Cardinals game which was part of the reason the Bears missed out on the playoffs.  The Bears have been a top 5 defense in fantasy for a decade now with the Lovie Smith turnover machine.  Will the new regime be able to duplicate this feat in 2013? This was the #1 Fantasy Defense in 2012!

Retro #42– 2002 Peerless Price-WR Atlanta Falcons With Eric Moulds as the #1 receiver in Buffalo I was thrilled when he went to Atlanta to be the #1, but his production never materialized and Price was very disappointing.  After two seasons it was evident that Price was a great #2 not a true #1

Looking Ahead #42

ESPN– Jordy Nelson-WR-Green Bay Packers- The question in Packer Land is who will be the star! This question will mean one of the Packers receivers will be picked too high and one too low. Will Nelson be able to reproduce his 2011 stats ever again?

CBS– Darren Sproles-RB New Orleans Saints- Sproles is the only running back worth having on the Saints because of his ability outside of the backfield catching balls. He’s available in the middle of most drafts.
