Training Camp is in full swing. After reading the training camp previews, you should already know what to be watching for, but here’s a little recap at what’s been happening around the NFC North.

Detroit Lions

The Lions running back position is probably the eye of the NFC North’s training camp. Beat writer Dave Birkett tweeted this interesting factoid this week during camp. I also heard that Reggie Bush was lining up with Montrell Owens.

Lions sign defensive tackle Andre Fluellen. You might remember that he signed with the Bears but was released in May.

Green Bay Packers

Whether it’s his size or his abilities, Eddie Lacy is turning heads at camp. I think people are baffled by how big he is and how fast he can run. But it’s been clear he is going to be a key player in this years Packers offense.

Packers made some new additions this week by adding wide receiver Omarius Hines and safety Chris Banjo. While they also waived rookie safety Ryan McMahon. At Florida, Hines had 242 receiving yards in 2012. And Banjo was recently waived from the Jaguars.

Minnesota Vikings

The biggest and probably only concern for the Minnesota Vikings this week was getting their three first-round draft picks to camp. And they did just that. They signed Sharrif Floyd, Xavier Rhodes, and Cordarrelle Patterson giving them the go-ahead to attend camp. Having them miss more camp could have been really bad.
