Bye Week QB:

Matt Marton-USA TODAY Sports

Jay Cutler (58%): Sound familiar? That’s three weeks in a row I’m recommending Cutler if your starting QB is on a bye. It’s hard to pick someone else when Cutler has averaged 23 fantasy points over the last two weeks and he’s facing a Giants D that has given up the 3rd most points to fantasy QBs. Cutler has been adequate this year against some of the better pass defenses in the league (Cin, Pit, NO) and should be able to light up the weak Giants secondary in a must win game for the Bears. I am starting him this week over Kaepernick in a couple of leagues.

Graduated:

Alshon Jeffery (68%)

Justin Blackmon (62%)

Danny Woodhead (71%)

Safe to Drop (owned in >60% of Yahoo leagues):

Rashard Mendenhall (71%) – Averaging 2.2 YPC over last 2 games.

Eddie Royal (63%) – Remember when he was scoring touchdowns?

Eli Manning (78%) – Eli has been brutal and has a tough match-up vs the Bears this week.

Brian Hartline (73%) – Boring

Golden Tate  (72%) – Decent game in week 5 (5-61-1), which is his first decent game all season.

Daryl Richardson (63%) – Looks like the 3rd string RB in STL.

Andy Dalton (64%) – Not good.
