The offense played much better. They looked really great out there, especially in the first half. It’s weird leaving a game feeling more comfortable about the offense than the defense. Brandon Marshall played great and easily escaped the dishonor of being on the carton.

But why is it that the defense struggles so much? How costly is the loss of Melton? Does the team actually miss Brian Urlacher? Has age finally caught up with Julius Peppers, Charles Tillman, and Lance Briggs? Is Shea McClellin any good? There are more defensive questions than ever for the beloved Chicago Bears.
