Nov 10, 2013; Baltimore, MD, USA; Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco (5) prepares to throw the ball against the Cincinnati Bengals at M

@BearsSTH (4-4)

There’s nothing about the Ravens that scares me. Ray Rice isn’t who he has been in the past. Torrey Smith is there only legitimate and consistent deep threat. John Flacco is today’s Trent Dilfer who benefited from a Ray Lewis defense. Lewis probably deserves a 15 percent commission of Flacco’s contract. Bears will win because of the sense of urgency. With the lose to the Lions last week, the Bears find themselves two games back Hopefully Marc Trestman learns from his rookie mistakes in recent weeks.

Bears 31 Ravens 17

Mike Flannery (4-5)

That Detroit loss is going to hurt for awhile. The Bears can’t play that bad two weeks in a row right? I don’t think McCown will be as good as he was vs the Packers, but he will do enough for the Bears to pull out a close game. The Bears defense plays well or Ravens offense just sucks, either way they don’t score much and the Bears win.

Coach Boss (5-4)

Well, that sucked. Detroit tried to do everything they could to give Chicago the game, but the Bears just didn’t seem to want it. Fortunately, the reeling Baltimore Ravens are next on the Bears list and I just don’t see Marc Trestman and co not learning from their mistakes from last week. The game will be closer than it should with the Bears coming out on top.

Bears 24 – Ravens 21

GM Mouser (5-4)

Sometimes being correct is not all it cracks up to be…I picked the Bears to lose to the Lions and they did…but on a better note, the Bears will defeat the Ravens as Trestman comes to grips with the reality that Cutler is out for the time being.  This is all predicated on the assumption the Bears D steps up to the plate as they did last week.  My thinking is that the D just came out of hibernation…not that they will be dominant, but rather just respectful; and that should be enough against the Ravens this week.

Bears 27  Ravens 24
