DEFENSE

Charles Tillman

While the defense deserves a major overhaul this offseason, Tillman should not be included in the casualties.  He deserves a chance to redeem himself after an injury-riddled season.

Tim Jennings

Jennings has not been nearly as terrible as the rest of the defense this year, and bringing back Tillman should also result in bringing back Jennings.

Jeremiah Ratliff

This guy still has a little bit of football left in him and the Bears could re-sign him at an affordable price.  Ratliff would be an asset to the defense regardless of whether or not Henry Melton returns to the team.

Corey Wootton

Wootton has been a lone bright spot in an otherwise awful defensive line and will hopefully come at a reasonable hometown price for the Bears to retain him.

James Anderson

Jon Bostic has not played well this season and Khaseem Greene still needs time to grow.  Anderson can provide a reasonably affordable option for the Bears to buy some more time until their rookie linebackers are ready to start.
