In recent history the Bears defense has been able to turnover Tony Romo at will leading to Bears victories. This isn’t that Bears D and Romo and the Dallas Offense will be marching up and down Soldier Field. In an exciting offensive game the Bears offense will keep it close but not close enough.

Robert Napier (6-6)

What to say? I could say we need this game. I could say we need to play better. Our only hope in getting into the playoffs, is that the Detroit Lions drop a couple of games, and we win ours. A wild card spot is a lot less likely. This scenario starts with beating ‘dem Cowboys on MNF. I’m not going to start picking against my Bears now. When I’ve been down in life, people that care about me have been there to pick me up. This pick is what’s called “paying it forward.” Whether we start Cutler or McCown, whether Marc Trestman has big kahunas this week or tiny shriveled up raisins, I say Bears until death.

Lance Briggs and Jay Cutler are both ruled out and depending on the outcome of this game, I wouldn’t surprised if, at least, Cutler gets shut down for the season. On that note, the Bears have plenty of incentive and motivation to win this game. They need this game to start a four game win streak for a chance at the playoffs and this is the Coach Ditka jersey retirement game.

They can’t lose.

Mike Flannery (5-7)

I want to pick against the Bears in this one, but I can’t. If they were playing a good team, then no problem, but the Cowboys defense might even be worse than the Bears. I think both teams will score at will and this one will go down to the wire. I will be hard to bench McCown next week after his 3rd consecutive 350+ yard game.
