Just the Facts

The guys over at The Landry Hat must have a much deeper research budget than we do.  They came up with 12 pages worth of Bears and Cowboys facts heading into tonight’s matchup.

Injuries

The Bears will be more affected by injuries heading into the game with Jay Cutler and Lance Briggs listed as OUT.  Sean Lee is expected to return to help a Cowboys defense which has struggled to slow anyone down. For the latest injury report, I’ll defer to my pals at Landry Hat for the rest of the bumps and bruises.

Predictions

With two of the league’s worst defenses squaring off, this has all the makings of a high scoring affair, but Mother Nature will slow everyone down.  The Cowboys advantage on the ground will trump the Bears advantage through the air.

The Bears will be honoring Mike Ditka and retiring his #89 during halftime of Monday night’s game.  We’ve been Ditka intensive all week, so be sure to check out a whole series of Ditka posts:
