It’s Week 17. It’s win or go home.  It’s Bears vs Packers.  Need I say more?  Let’s see what the BGO team think in what I’m hoping are not the final staff picks of the season.

DeCon (8-7)

In the immortal words of former NY Giants HC, Jm Fassel, “I am pushing all my chips into the middle of the table.  Rodgers or no Rodgers, the Bears will bounce back and win the NFC North this weekend.  It is only more special that it will come at the expense of the Packers.

Bears 24 – Packers 17

Boomer (7-8)

I’m really torn on this one.  Deep down I want to believe in Jay Cutler and Marc Trestman, but part of me thinks that Rodgers’ return provides a spark to the Packers.  Too bad “Big Game Shea” makes turns the lights out on Rodgers and the Packers. Again. And Robbie Gould earns that fresh contract with a game winner in the closing seconds.  In a game for the ages…

Bears 33 – Packers 31

The Packers announced on Thursday that Aaron Rodgers will start at quarterback against the Bears.  Unless Shea McClellin can injure him again, Rodgers will revitalize Green Bay’s passing game and lead them to the NFC North title.  This is a make-or-break game for Jay Cutler and I just don’t see him succeeding in the high-pressure situation.
