5 — Kelcy Quarles, South Carolina

Quarles turned in an incredible 2013 campaign for South Carolina, tallying 36 tackles including a team-high 9.5 sacks.  For a defensive tackle, that’s simply outstanding.  He’s got good size (6-4, 300) and above average speed, but he also had Jadaveon Clowney playing alongside him which could have contributed to much of his success.  Quarles is already slated as a 2nd or 3rd round talent, so his performance at the combine will be crucial in order to improve his status and quiet his doubters.  The Bears need to keep an eye out for him though nonetheless.

Sound off, Bears fans!  Which defensive tackle do you think the Bears should draft?
