Van Noy would make for a great late-round target for the Bears with his strong fundamentals, great discipline and fantastic reads. He’s not an immediate starter by any means, but would help create competition at the position during training camp and could push Bostic and Greene to play harder. The Bears have yet to show an ability to develop many of their draft picks and Van Noy would be a great prospect to do so. He’s a raw talent that deserves a shot with an NFL team.
