5. Oakland Raiders (4-12)
The Raiders wrapped up another non-winning season, their 11th in a row in 2013, head coach Dennis Allen’s second season. But GM Reggie McKenzie will stay the course in 2014 as he continues to re-build the roster. The Raiders had a huge roster turnover in 2013 and that’s continued into the 2014 offseason.
