– Lions 1st round pick TE Eric Ebron has struggled catching the ball with over a drop per day according to reports. Ebron has been relegated to work with the 2nd team in OTAs so far. The Lions also released last year’s starting CB Chris Houston, due to his inability to recover from a toe injury. I have a feeling the Lions are going to regret passing on top corners Kyle Fuller and Darqueze Dennard in the 1st round.

QB Teddy Bridgewater, the 2nd of the Vikings two 1st round picks, continues to impress and earn snaps with the starters in practice. Bridgewater’s ability to throw the deep ball was considered a weakness pre-draft, but reports have him being accurate and showing plenty of arm strength on his deep balls which are an important part of OC Norv Turner’s vertical scheme.

– The Packer’s 4th round pick last year, RB Jonathan Franklin was forced to retire due to a lingering neck injury.
