Camp Questions

How much does Charles Tillman have left in the tank?

Peanut struggled mightily with injuries in 2013.  He was limited in practice early in the season as he battled groin and knee injuries.  He was lost for the season for the final seven games of the season after suffering a torn triceps.  Despite the injuries, Tillman still snagged three interceptions.  The Bears thought he had enough left to re-up with him for another year.  If Tillman can dodge Father Time for another season, you know what to expect.  He will create turnovers and can match up with big, physical receivers like Megatron which he’ll face twice.

Can Kyle Fuller learn the scheme and make immediate contributions as a rookie?

Fuller will get on the field plenty in his rookie season.  Mel Tucker will put him in a position to succeed by letting him ease into the pro game playing on the outside where the responsibilities are a little simpler.  Hopefully he isn’t pressed into action to fill in for injuries.  The Va Tech product has made a good impression in the offseason program, but everything changes when the pads go on later in the week.
