Hold onto your hats Bears fans! We’re in for a bumpy ride. I expect the fireworks to come early and often in this one, and the last team to possess the ball will have a huge advantage.

I’ll gladly trade the probable loss that we were going to have against the 49ers for our win that was supposed to happen against the Bills. Oh, and here’s another thing. We have spoiled two Stadium openings in the past several years. The Colt’s Lucas Oil Stadium and that new fancy pants Cowboys Stadium. Put that in your Levi’s and smoke it, San Francisco.

I’m calling it now. The Bears win on Sunday night. I heard a Chicago Bears sports writer say this a few weeks ago: “The Bears will one game because of Santonio Holmes.” I have a feeling it’s this one. The Bears defensive line have a monster game, sacking Kaepernick 5 times. I don’t know what it is, but I have a lot of confidence going into this game.

Most people don’t expect the Bears to beat the 49ers in San Francisco during the opening of a new stadium. However, I think the Bears defense can do enough to hold the 49ers to under 30 points and the rest is up to Cutler. No big mistakes by Cutler and the Bears win a close game on Sunday Night Football.

Two bad losses to begin the season was not the start Chicago was hoping for, but the Bears still have the talent to become the first team since the 2007 New York Giants to win the title after starting the season with two losses.
