Simply put, the Bears took a tremendous few steps backwards on Sunday with a 31-24 loss to the Panthers. Jay Cutler let the team down in crunch time yet again, throwing two interceptions in the game, one of which the Panthers turned into the game-winning touchdown. Matt Forte, despite leading the team with 105 receiving yards and a touchdown, also disappointed down the stretch, fumbling the ball late in the game and essentially sealing the loss for the Bears. The Bears, now 2-3 on the season, will enter must-win mode this weekend against the Falcons.
