Fantasy Football Week 9 Rankings

A week ago A.J Green averaged the fourth most fantasy points at the wide receiver position in 2014. Without playing a single snap, Green dropped to six this week as Jeremy Malcin and Martavis Bryant both put up big numbers in Week 8 (30.70 points for Maclin, 20.30 points for Bryant). Though Bryant’s production will surely drop, Malcin has clearly emerged as a WR1 in fantasy football this season. Other legitimate number one fantasy receivers include: Antonio Brown, Demaryius Thomas, Randall Cobb, A.J Green (when healthy), Jordy Nelson, T.Y Hilton, Dez Bryant, Julio Jones, Calvin Johnson (when healthy, Golden Tate, when not), Brandon Marshall, Emmanuel Sanders, and Alshon Jeffery. Hopefully you drafted one or two of these guys to your team, if not, making a playoff push is going to be very difficult.
