With three of the four NFC North teams on bye this week, let’s take the opportunity to hand out some awards:

NFC North Offensive MVP: Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
This one is easy. Rodgers is enjoying yet another fantastic season and has helped guide the Packers to a 5-3 record despite some major struggles to start the season. Though his numbers don’t come close to those of Andrew Luck and Peyton Manning so far this season, Rodgers has been the single biggest reason for the Packers’ stay near the top of the division. He will most definitely get the chance to increase some of his numbers and compete neck-and-neck with the Lions for the division title down the stretch.
Honorable Mention: Matt Forte, Chicago Bears
