Rushing Offense: F

The Packers were ranked 32nd in rushing defense coming into this game. Taking that into consideration, one would think the Bears would have made a concerted effort to establish the ground game, right?

Unfortunately, because of how poorly the offense performed in the first half, the ground game became an afterthought. In fact, Matt Forte carried the ball just 17 times for a total of 54 yards.

But even more to the point, the Bears totaled just 55 rushing yards as a team. This is not the kind of production we should expect against a team that struggles against the run.

Then again, when your opponent rips off 42 points in the first half, the ground game pretty much becomes a moot point.
