Minnesota’s View of Sunday’s Matchup

2 of 2

There are 3 things that are clearly evident after reading through Viking blogs and posts:

1. No one has any fear of Jay Cutler.

2. There’s more confidence in the Vikings coming away with a victory in the local media than the national media.

3. The Bear offense appears to be looked at as a sleeping giant.

Prediction

I cannot remember ever being more embarrassed to be a Bear fan in my 33 years of life. Until they show me that this team is not broken and this coaching staff can make changes in their broken processes, I’m not putting my name behind them. The Vikes come off of a BYE and have had 2 weeks to prepare for this match up, while getting TE Kyle Rudolph back. The Bears have had little success containing tight ends this year. That being said, home field advantage or not, I think Minnesota comes in and pulls off the upset in Chicago. Jared Allen, Stephen Paea and Jay Ratliff – I’m calling you all out. This is a rookie quarterback….rattle his cage and come to play today.

Vikings 23, Bears 20 OT
