The play of the special teams unit has been inconsistent this season and that trend continued against the Vikings. Robbie Gould missed his only field-goal attempt while punter Pat O’Donnell averaged just 29.5 yards on two kicks.

Chris Williams returned three kickoffs for a total of 42 yards, but failed to reach the 20-yard line on any of them. And as it was mentioned earlier, this unit was burned on a fake punt that went for 48 yards, setting up the Vikings only touchdown score of the game.
