What’s up with all the penalties?

Marc Trestman keep trumping up how good the team practices yet the Bears had crucial penalties early in the game.  Willie Young jumped offsides on the Vikings first drive on a 3rd and 3, which extended the Vikings drive.  During the offense’s first drive, they committed three penalties including an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Jay Cutler.  These are mental errors and don’t reflect on a team that is well prepared and properly focused coming off a good week of practice.  The Bears ended the day with 7 penalties for 60 yards.  Unacceptable.
