Jay Cutler belongs in Nashville.  He was supposed to be drafted by the Titans, but they selected Vince Young instead and let Cutler get drafted by the Broncos.  Cutler attended Vanderbilt and maintains a home in Nashville.  The Titans have 6th round Zach Mettenberger at the helm with Jake Locker and Charlie Whitehurst backing him up.  Cutler would immediately jump to the top of the depth chart.
