The Bears proved me wrong and squeaked out a win against the Bucs last week. Who knew they would do it Lovie’s way. Sputtering offense and takeaways. I don’t miss Lovie at all. What was up with that challenge? It was the two minute warning and they needed those time outs. What a moron. Anyway, the Bears are playing the Lions in Detroit on Thanksgiving and the Bears are going to lose. The Bears are still sputtering on offense and Cutler will probably be running for his life from Suh. Or worst yet, Suh will body slam Cutler and we are going to be seeing Jimmy Clausen this Thursday. Regardless, Bears lose.

After hearing the shocking and unfortunate news that Chiefs Safety – Eric Berry received about a mass growing in his chest, I want us ALL to be thankful for our health and the health of our families, this Thanksgiving. As for the Bears, I am only thankful for being able to live in a city that is truly passionate about their team as evidence of the deserving, widespread anger and frustration being directed towards them.
As for Thursday’s game, these are 2 struggling offenses: the Lions have managed 5 field goals in 2 games and the Bears offense has looked flat against 2 bad football teams, recently. Detroit has a ton of injuries along the offensive line and the defensive line for the Bears looks rejuvenated. That being said, the Bears’ secondary couldn’t stop Louis Murphy and Mike Evans – how are they going to be able to stop Megatron and Golden Tate? If the Bears had trouble moving the ball against a 30th ranked Bucs defense, how will they fair against a 3rd ranked Lions defense? The Bears will keep it close, but I just can’t see them pulling off the upset….

I’m thankful that I’ve been able to witness Matt Forte’s Bears career. With his skill set and consistency he may end up as the Bears record holder in many different areas of the game.
Though the team has not lived up to Preseason expectations, I have a feeling the Bears are going to surprise their fans tomorrow.

I’m thankful for Matt Forte. He’s the most consistent offensive player the Bears have. I’m also thankful that the Bears are playing on Thanksgiving!
This is an absolute must win for the Bears. Unfortunately, I predict a Bears loss. Detroit is the better team. It may be somewhat close, but I can’t see the Bears pulling this one out.
