New Orleans Saints (5-7)

The Saints offer the Bears hope, if they could only relocate to the NFC South.  The Saints put together an impressive road win at Pittsburgh to keep pace with the Atlanta Falcons for the NFC South, where even Lovie Smith’s 2-10 Bucs still have an outside shot at winning the division.  The Saints trail the Falcons because of their Week 1 loss in Atlanta.

The Saints host the 3-8-1 Carolina Panthers before their Monday night trip to Soldier Field on December 15th.  After the Bears, the Saints host the Falcons before heading to Tampa Bay to face the Bucs to close the season.  The Falcons are at Green Bay, vs Steelers, at the Saints and vs the Panthers to close the season.  In my viewpoint, the Saints have the inside track to edge out the Falcons, whom the Bears beat earlier this season, to win the South.  So what if they might barely get to .500 to do it?
