Detroit Lions (8-4)

Detroit is currently the 6th seed in the NFC  and would travel to Philadelphia to face the Eagles if the playoffs started today.  The Lions offense came out of hibernation against the Bears on Thanksgiving, putting up the most points since Week 1.  That’s what the Bears do for their opponents.  The Lions get to continue to get well on offense as they host the 2-10 Bucs and the 5-7 Vikings the next couple of weeks before they head to Soldier Field to go another round with the Bears.  The Lions wrap up their season in Lambeau to face the Packers in the season finale with the division possibly on the line.  The Packers lead the division over the Lions by a game, but the Lions beat the Packers in their first matchup, holding the tiebreaker if it comes to it down the stretch.
