Shane Ray is continuing his breakout season and currently leads in SEC in sacks. His first step off the line is incredibly quick, one scout has said that Ray has “as good a first step as anyone in the country.” Ray makes a living terrorizing opposing backfields. He’s consistently blowing up plays and harassing the quarterback. Dynamic pass rusher. Good with his hands when coming out of his stance. Able to rip and dip effectively. Plays very similarly to Greg Hardy.

If Ray is available when the Bears pick, I think it’d be a mistake to pass him up.
