NFL Network reports that the Chicago Bears are having “buyer’s remorse” about the Jay Cutler contract extension.  No shit, Sherlock.  In other news, water is wet, the sky is blue and Virginia McCaskey is old.  Buyer’s remorse is one thing, but actually doing something about it is entirely different.  The return policy on these NFL contracts is more difficult to navigate than trying to take back an opened box to Best Buy.  Besides the restocking fee is a killer.

As many fans have reached their Jay Cutler breaking point in 2014, don’t expect the Bears to ship him off in a nice, tidy little package for a bevy of draft picks.  There are plenty of reasons to want to trade him, but my Top 5 Reasons the Bears Won’t trade Jay Cutler boils down to 5 people within the organization.
