The Chicago Bears announce contract extensions for Jay Cutler, Matt Slauson and Tim Jennings.  The Cutler deal really amounts to a 3-year deal with $54 million guaranteed.  After some money maneuvering later in the offseason, it makes Cutler the highest paid player in the NFL.
