Set-up:

Apparently two out of every five guests at a Super Bowl party are not really into the game, but they want be there for the social aspect, and dare I say it again, food. If you happen to have two televisions in your house, I would suggest showing the Super Bowl on the largest and best one, and then have a second area away from the game. This second area is for those who want to just visit and even the ones who choose to keep an eye on the children. Let’s be honest, no one whom is watching the game wants to be distracted by little kids, so keep them away from the main game area.

Game-time Trouble Shooting: Keeping Beer Cold

Here are a few problems that may arise over the course of this evening, with some solutions you may want to use. These are tips from Peggy Wang.

1.     Warm beer goes in salted ice to cool it faster.

2.     If you are serving pitcher of beer, place a cup of ice into the pitcher to avoid watering down the beer.

Don’t forget that even though you are the host or hostess do make sure to have your seat reserved. It should be front and center of the television, and no one better give you any grief about it. Have fun this Sunday! Enjoy one of best parties of the year.
