Out of 15 games, Will Sutton started five, making 22 total tackles, 15 of which were solo and seven assists. Overall, he didn’t do much.
Career
The 2014 season was Sutton’s rookie year after being picked up in the 82nd round of the draft. He finished his college career at Arizona State with 161 career tackles, while playing 51 games that he started 34 of them. Along with former teammate, Carl Bradford, Sutton became the first duo in the university’s history to post double-digit sacks during the 2012 season. During Sutton’s senior year, he started all 14 games, made 48 tackles, 29 of which were solo, and four were sacks.
2015 Outlook
With Sutton advancing in experience, there is hope that he can make connections with fellow teammates to display his talents on the defensive line. The only worry is how he will adapt to the switch from the 4-3 to 3-4? His six-foot, 303-pound stature is too small for the 3-4, so the coaching staff may move him to defensive end.
